The Bento Bar (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides food products and services through this website. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ordering
Orders placed through our website are subject to availability. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or if we need to adjust or clarify your order.

3. Payment
Customers may pay:

• Online at checkout, or

• In person at the time of store collection (EFTPOS or other accepted payment methods).

Orders for school lunch delivery must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

4. School Lunch Orders (Kids Lunch Service)

• Orders must be placed by the stated cut‑off time for the same‑day delivery (as applicable).

• Lunches are delivered directly to the school and handed to staff or placed in the designated collection area.

• We rely on the school’s internal processes to distribute lunches to students; we cannot guarantee delivery to individual children once the order has been handed over.

• Please ensure your child’s name, classroom, and school details are entered correctly at checkout. Incorrect information may delay or prevent delivery.

• If your child is absent, lunches can be collected from the school office or transferred to another student. Refunds are not available for absences unless we are notified before 9am on the delivery day.
   

5. Allergies & Dietary Needs
We take care in our preparation, but we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens due to shared kitchen equipment. Please review ingredient information carefully and contact us if you have questions before ordering.

6. Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to make changes once preparation has begun.

7. Refunds
We aim to provide high‑quality food and service. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch within 24 hours so we can make it right. Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion.
