We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours so we can help.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We may offer a refund, credit, or replacement if:

  • There is an issue with the quality of your order

  • An item is missing or incorrect

  • We are unable to fulfil your order

Refunds are offered at our discretion.

3. Non‑Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after preparation has begun

  • Incorrect details provided at checkout (e.g., wrong school/class for kid‑lunch orders)

  • School absences unless we are notified before preparation begins

  • Orders not collected on the agreed day

4. School Lunch Orders

If your child is absent, lunches can be collected from the school office or transferred to another student. Refunds are not available unless we are notified before preparation begins.
